The apartment is located on the first and second floor of a three apartment building. Short walking distances from commercial area (Grocery shop, Hair Saloon, Pharmacy, Baker shop,Laundrymat). Near restaurants,Banks, supermarkets. 15 minutes away (by taxi) from district of Miraflores. The apartments is located five blocks away from Metro train (Tren eléctrico) that takes you to Surco, San Borja, and you will be in downtown in 20 minutes.
The apartment includes everything for your stay: 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, living/dinning room, kitchen, laundry. There are also 2 small rooms,one is a Study room and the other the Utility room. Towels and linens provided.

BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms with closets and dresser inside.
Master bedroom with full bathroom inside,has nice dresser with mirror, full bed, nightstand.

There is another full bathroom in the second floor, and half bathroom in the first floor.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Microwave, 4 ring Stove, Blender,Toaster, Rice Maker, Waffler. Set of dishes for 6 people, wine and beer glasses.
RENTAL RATES:
US$1000 per month (4 to 5 people))
US$350 per week (minimum 2 weeks)

US$200 fully refundable security deposit when returning the keys at deck out.
US$20 final cleaning. A deposit of US$200 is required to confirm the reservation.
The security deposit varies according with the time of your stay:
1 -3 months = US$ 400
3 - 6 months = US$1000
1 -3 months = US$ 400
3 - 6 months = US$1000
6 - 1 year = US$1000
